Most of us must be thinking why Bapuji gives so much importance on focusing on White Light instead Red Here are some Scientific Spiritual Reasons why White Light always topped amongst all other colors White Light is the space within the Infinite Creation that houses Positive Energies. White Light is the space where “NO DARKNESS OR DARK NIGHT DWELLS”. It is the symbol of Purity, Divinity, Peace and Healing. It can be called upon by anyone (Healers, empaths, the devout and Yout too !) for assistance, healing and protection from all possible Negative energies. Though it has the strongest healing powers but it cannot be used to harm anyone or anything. Nor can it be harmed in any way.
The White Light Agents such as Angels, Lightworkers, Saints and ascended Masters are the dwellers of the White Light. Calling upon the White Light, cleanses our aura and purifies the Soul.

White Light contains all wavelengths of the Visible Spectrum at EQUAL intensity. It consists of 7 colors or wavelengths which are Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Indigo & Violet.
Spiritual Importance of White Light :
The seven chakras are also represented by the colors of Visible Spectrum. The lowest Root Chakra, the most densest of all chakras is denoted by Red color which is also the most densest colors of all.
However, When we progress further in rising Kundalini towards Crown Chakra(7th Chakra) we tend to balance energies related to all the lower 6 chakras starting from the Root.
When all these levels of Chakras are crossed while going up towards the Crown, energies related to V.I.B.G.Y.O.R becomes balanced and thus forms the White Light. That, One sees during deep meditative state or Samadhi and gets the vision to see beyond the Visible Materialistic World.
